- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database (CRM) with accurate candidate records.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.
- Market Research: Research industries and roles to identify target candidates and recruitment trends.
- Social Media Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing data to support decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to deliver excellent service.
- Career Growth: Work towards Senior Resourcer or 360 Consultant status.
- Prior exposure to a commercial environment or work experience within a people focussed role
