Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Collaborate with line managers to ensure effective communication and resolution of HRrelated issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR reporting as needed.
