We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business and Economics Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our vibrant school community in Hillingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring educator who is passionate about Business and Economics and ready to lead the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Business and Economics department, driving curriculum development and delivering high-quality instruction.
• Inspire and engage students in Business and Economics at KS4 and KS5 levels, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative lesson plans and resources.
• Support the academic progress and personal growth of each student, preparing them for future studies or careers in business and economics.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching Business and Economics.
• A strong track record of successful teaching and subject knowledge at both GCSE and A-Level.
• Leadership experience or a clear passion for stepping into a departmental head role.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff and students.
