Freelance Quantity Surveyor required in Hayes
GVR Solutions are currently representing a reputable and well-established main contractor, based in London, who are in the market for an experienced Quantity Surveyor join their commercial team on a freelance basis for a Data Centre project in Hayes. As a main contractor they undertaking the Fit out of the Data Centre.
Position: Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hayes
Salary / Rate: 400pd - 450pd
Duration: Absolute minimum of 8 weeks but likely to last a lot longer
The Freelance Quantity Surveyor must have/be:
- A detailed knowledge of Quantity Surveying working for a main contractor
- Experience working on data centre projects
- Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting
- Self-sufficient
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects
- Excellent communication and oral skills
- Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management
- Stable employment history
- High-performing individual
- Versatile
- Excellent time keeping skills
