Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to ensure alignment and focus on objectives.
  • Coach and mentor the team to achieve KPIs and foster professional growth.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Encourage team development and progression through active support and guidance.
  • Focus strongly on generating new and repeat business by developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings that meet their needs.
  • Negotiate offers and agree on new tenancies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies to maintain a risk-averse business environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively to create a positive team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities.
  • Capability to create and implement effective business plans for the branch.
  • Competence in monitoring and assessing the performance of local competitors.
  • Proficient in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
