Day-to-Day of the Role:- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to ensure alignment and focus on objectives.
- Coach and mentor the team to achieve KPIs and foster professional growth.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
- Encourage team development and progression through active support and guidance.
- Focus strongly on generating new and repeat business by developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings that meet their needs.
- Negotiate offers and agree on new tenancies to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies to maintain a risk-averse business environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to create a positive team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities.
- Capability to create and implement effective business plans for the branch.
- Competence in monitoring and assessing the performance of local competitors.
- Proficient in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
