We are currently recruiting for a fabulous client of mine based in Hayes who are looking to bring on board a Retail Administrator.
This new and exciting role will mostly be to support the Own Stores Divisional Manager in the day-to-day admin duties across the division. You will support with H&S compliance, sales reports, D365 analysis and problem solving and many more!
Our client is looking for candidates who have flexibility, who are keen, easily motivated, with a can do attitude.

Retail Administrator Duties:
- Ensure accuracy of own store clocking in system
- Train on D365 for new starters so that they are proficient in raising transfers, stock orders and sales orders.
- Manage the promotional and pricing calendar for both brand and outlet stores
- Generate stock orders for stores to sell through excess stock
- Ensure all H&S documentation is updated annually
- Assist with any customer issues that may arise
