Lettings Manager

Salary: £28k - £32k DOE + Car Allowance + OTE + Benefits

Location: Haywards Heath (Includes Parking)

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 - 18:00 + 2 Saturdays per month (Day off in lieu)

Must have a Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the lettings portfolio by securing new landlords, building strong relationships, and providing expert market advice.
  • Business development and client management.
  • Lead and motivate a team, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met while providing training and development.
  • Oversee online listings and social media marketing.
  • Conduct property viewings and market appraisals.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements.
  • Stay updated on lettings laws, ensure all documentation meets legal requirements, and manage compliance with regulations such as right to rent and the tenancy deposit scheme.
