Position:Sales Administrator
Location:Sweeptech Head Office, Hickstead, UK (In-Person)
Hours:09:00 - 17:00, with occasional early starts at 08:00am

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Sweeptech Environmental Services. We are a fast-paced company that provide a wide range of services including waste consultancy, hazardous waste removal, high-pressure jetting, drainage maintenance and cleansing, CCTV surveys, road sweeping, septic waste removal, and emergency flood response for various industries.

The Role

Working as a Sales Administrator within the Sweeptech Environmental Services Head Office at Hickstead, West Sussex you will play a key role in supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities are:

  • Process and accurately administer online, email and phone sales enquiries.
  • Produce, update and maintain databases and customer records.
  • Liaise with depots for availability on potential bookings
  • Confirm availability to the customer
  • Assist with quoting and raising orders ensuring all POs are correct
  • Sending orders and Pos to the relevant depots
  • Co-ordinate with depots to ensure the timely receipt of POS
  • Assist in providing weekly reports on performance
  • Become experts on company product and service offerings.
  • Communicate customer feedback to line manager.
  • Other reasonable work/tasks associated with the role

Essential Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in person, via email and by telephone.
  • Excellent organisational, administration and multi-tasking skills
  • Calm and accurate under pressure in a busy environment
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team who is happy to be flexible if necessary
  • Ability to quickly learn industry software.
  • Ability to understand processes and the impact on other departments in the chain.

Pay: £26,000

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
