Hours: 8:30-3:30 PM full-time
Pay: £153.85 - £238.59 per day + SEN allowance

About this role:
This role is to teach Key Stage 1 and 2 students with special educational needs to reach their full potential academically. The school are looking for someone with a strong understanding and knowledge of Special Educational Needs, including but not limited to: ASD, ADHD and ADD, and how children with these needs can be best supported. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient and resilient.
The candidate:
- Strong knowledge of Special Educational needs
- Ability to assess student needs and adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
