  • Lates: 14:30 - 22:00
  • Early & Sleep-in: 07:30 - 15:00 + sleep
  • Full Shift: 07:30 - 22:00
About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicatedSenior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. You will be supporting young people with autism and associated learning difficulties in a structured and nurturing residential setting, while also taking on additional responsibilities to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.? Lead, mentor, and support junior staff members.? Assist with daily routines, personal care, and activities.? Support the emotional and social development of young people.? Work within safeguarding guidelines and care plans.? Take a proactive role in implementing care strategies and ensuring best practices.? Engage in household tasks and maintain a safe, homely environment.? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and teachers.
