My client based in Heanor has an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract
You will be required to work in the office Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 with a 45 minute lunch break and Fridays 08:30-15:45
This role will be paid weekly through Manpower at 12.73 per hour
As a Business Administrator you will play a key role in supporting operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and providing administrative support to various departments. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with teams, and contributing to efficient work flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to departments such as finance, HR, and supply chain.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in project coordination and data analysis as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
