Are you a whizz at double entry bookkeeping and management accounting as well as being able to analyse data? My client is looking for someone to join the team as the Finance Manager, reporting to the Finance Director.
Your key responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include:
- Helping to prepare monthly cash flow forecast
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts/year-end accounts
- Producing standard and ad hoc weekly/monthly management reports
- Weekly financial KPI reporting
- Sales commission calculation
- aintaining the fixed assets register
- Monthly petty cash/credit card reconciliations
- Daily cashflow management - bank transfers/invoice financing/exchange rates
- Monthly bank reconciliations
Skills and experiences required for the Finance include:
- At least 5 years of experience working within an accounting environment
- Qualified to AAT level 3
- Good knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and management accounting
- Ability to apply themselves to a wide range of finance related tasks
- Experience of data extraction and report writing
- Ability to commute to Heathfield daily basis
