Responsible for:
- Acting as first point of contact and communicating project status to all stakeholders after referral to Project Director.
- Supporting the Project Director and Senior Project Managers as required
- Working as part of the project management team assisting with various project applications
- Ensuring Project Directors action points from all meetings are addressed/bought to attention before set deadlines /next scheduled meeting
- Administration of the company's document control systems
- Maintaining electronic/paper filing systems for all project records
- Attendance of meetings at site and/or external offices as requested by the Project Director
- Booking and organising meetings
- Writing up minutes for meeting attended with summarised action points
- Providing pre-meeting preparation of documentation and relevant updates
- Monitoring and correlating of incoming emails
- Monitoring project progress

The Project Coordinator's Role
