Responsible for:

  • Acting as first point of contact and communicating project status to all stakeholders after referral to Project Director.
  • Supporting the Project Director and Senior Project Managers as required
  • Working as part of the project management team assisting with various project applications
  • Ensuring Project Directors action points from all meetings are addressed/bought to attention before set deadlines /next scheduled meeting
  • Administration of the company's document control systems
  • Maintaining electronic/paper filing systems for all project records
  • Attendance of meetings at site and/or external offices as requested by the Project Director
  • Booking and organising meetings
  • Writing up minutes for meeting attended with summarised action points
  • Providing pre-meeting preparation of documentation and relevant updates
  • Monitoring and correlating of incoming emails
  • Monitoring project progress
