Goods-in Specialist required to work for manufacturer making office furniture.

Job Overview:
This role involves managing incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining an organised yard, and ensuring smooth operations within our goods-in area. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & Offloading Deliveries: Safely receive and offload deliveries in a timely and organised manner.
  • Stock Management: Use our ERP system to put away received goods, maintaining accurate records and organised storage.
  • Loading Free-Issue Materials: Prepare and load free-issue materials for dispatch to suppliers as needed.
  • Facility Management: Order skip changes and keep the yard clean and organised to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Forklift Licence: Must hold a valid FLT licence in at least two of the following: Reach Truck, Flexi Truck, Counterbalance.
  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers and related software, including ERP systems, for tracking and recording goods.

Preferred Skills:

  • Goods-In Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

7am - 4:30pm Mon - Friday
