Finance Business Partner£65,000 - £75,000 + excellent benefitsHemel Hempstead (flexible working)An excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially-minded individual to join a highly successful business within a thriving sector.The role is responsible for assisting with newly acquired businesses and ensuring proper processes and financial controls are in place.Main Responsibilities* Manage the day-to-day financial accounting function for the specific division* The design and execution of key financial controls * Balance Sheet Reconciliations* Deliver timely and accurate reporting of KPIs * Review & identify areas of improvement in financial processes, controls & reporting* Review and challenge financial performance information* Build relationships between the newly acquired teams and their division* Support and guide on preparation of annual budgets.* Prepare annual audit file for presentation to the company's auditors* Support ad hoc activities as requested Key Responsibilities* Analysis, review and challenge of Management Information* Preparation of the annual budget and forecasting* Management and improvements to cash flow* Assess the existing financial processes and controls of existing and newly acquired businesses* Implement ways of working * Design and execution of an effective month-end close process* Support in the development of Systems Notes* Build relationships between newly acquired teams and their division* Planning and co-ordination of internal and external audits* Support ad hoc projects or activities as required Requirements* Must be qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent relationships* Experience implementing processes and controls* Highly analytical, have excellent attention to detail* Demonstrable experience of being able to build relationships across all levels* Able to think on your feet and adapt quickly* Excellent experience using Excel for analysis and forecastingFor consideration or more information on the role, please get in contact or apply!AGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
