Our client is an established and successful company based in Hemel. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Job You’ll be Doing;

  • Telephone enquiry handling.
  • Quotation and booking confirmation for training.
  • Order & invoicing processing.
  • Customer aftercare.
  • Mentoring and training of colleagues and new recruits.
  • Customer issue escalation and resolution.
  • Key user or specific and specialised additional duties.
  • Undergo necessary training in order to fulfil all duties.
  • Delivery of objectives as agreed with manager.
  • Management and compliance of key team tasks.
  • Where applicable specialised process ownership/responsibilities.
  • Provide mentoring in areas of expertise (key user/additional duties).
  • Maintain & improve customer satisfaction by the provision of high-level support to customers, including ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer orders with respect to pricing, delivery and product requirements.
  • Assist with logistic operations in terms of invoice control & accuracy.

About You;

  • Educated to Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience
  • IT literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAP
  • IT knowledge: MS Office
  • Knowledge of company products
  • SAP and CRM TC manager
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to organise and prioritise
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliability
