Ashley Kate is recruiting for a HR Team Leader to join small, dynamic team in Hemel Hempstead on a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with a competitive salary of circa £45,000.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements, with occasional travel to the local office in Reading.

As the HR Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive HR services across the business. you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including Recruitment, Remuneration, Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Payroll.

Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the HR team through the transactional day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of HR functions#.

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of UK Employment Law and possess experience managing a small, dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and ready to step into this engaging and varied role.
