Position: Music Director
Competitive Salary: £11.44 per hour
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Hertfordshire, England
Annual leave: 201 hours (approx. 26 days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct zonal choirs across multiple church branches.
- Play the keyboard, African talking drum, and drum proficiently.
- Train and mentor new learners in music and worship.
- Organize and lead engaging musical worship during church services.
- Travel to various church branches as instructed by the senior pastor.
- Plan and deliver musical events.
- Collaborate with other church leaders to enhance the overall worship experience.
- Manage the church's music-related social media content to connect with the community.
Qualifications:
- HND or First degree in any discipline.
- Degree/diploma from a reputable Bible school.
- Proficiency in playing the keyboard, African talking drum, and drum.
- Ability to train and mentor new musicians.
- Fluent in English and major Nigerian languages.
Preferred Experience:
- Church music ministry.
- Choir direction and leadership.
- Event planning and execution.
- Training and development in music.
- Church growth activities.
