Are you a driven and motivated individual to join a dynamic team as a Telesales Executive?
Join our client's team as a Telesales Executive and help to develop highly qualified leads and generating meeting opportunities for the business development team to attend.


Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell the security services and products.
  • Provide detailed information about our security solutions, addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.


Skills & Experience for a Telesales Executive:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient and positive nature – able to handle rejection.
