REED Practice are working with an Accountancy Practice based in Henley-on-Thames who are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join their team. Although, they are a newly established firm, they have experienced rapid growth, which means there are a lot of opportunities for progression within the firm.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to;

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion.
  • Manage on-site audit teams.
  • Deliver audit reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Set budgets and act as an audit lead for listed clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement in audit processes.
