My client are a well known facilities maintenance contractor, they are looking for an experienced facilities contracts manager who is from a hard services background to take on a contract on a large commercial site near Maidenhead.

They are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of contract management in the field of facilities maintenance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of services, maintaining client relationships, and optimising contract performance. If you are a proactive professional with a strong background in facilities management and contract administration, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and administer facilities management contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Oversee the full contract life cycle, from negotiation and execution to performance monitoring and closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct regular contract reviews and provide reporting to senior management.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and amendments, as required.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities Maintenance, with a strong emphasis on contract management.
  • Technically qualified either electrically or mechanically
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
