Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
- Extensive UK-based post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is beneficial
- Must be located near the Hertford area
- Create detailed technical drawings in close collaboration with the architectural team
- Work closely with the team to ensure client briefs are met to the highest standards
- Manage project workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
