Opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading High Wycombe based company.

The Role:

Leading a small, focused Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Line management on a day to day basis
  • Training and development of the team members
  • Reviewing daily activity plans
  • Managing customer enquiries (phone, email), orders and stock levels
  • Producing regular reports
  • Managing customer complaints to ensure resolution

Person Specification:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following:

  • Solid background in Customer Service and experience of managing small teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships
  • Be methodical, well organised and have an excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT knowledge including MS Office, PowerBI.
