Opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading High Wycombe based company.
The Role:
Leading a small, focused Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for:
- Line management on a day to day basis
- Training and development of the team members
- Reviewing daily activity plans
- Managing customer enquiries (phone, email), orders and stock levels
- Producing regular reports
- Managing customer complaints to ensure resolution
Person Specification:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following:
- Solid background in Customer Service and experience of managing small teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships
- Be methodical, well organised and have an excellent attention to detail
- Good IT knowledge including MS Office, PowerBI.
