Our High Wycombe based client are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join their team. They are passionate building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service to their clients. You will need be confident on the phone and have a proven record in delivering fantastic customer service.

This is an office based role working 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £26,000 plus a OTE £5,000 and a further £1,000 performance bonus.

Main responsibilities for the Sales & Customer Service Executive:

  • To call and manage customers along with the on the road sales reps to ensure we build long lasting relationships.
  • To support the reps with order entry, queries and help manage the customers in the region.
  • To pro-actively promote new products, support the customer’s needs and requirements, ensuring sales are made to exceed targets where possible.
  • To support the in-bound team when necessary by answering calls, assisting with customer queries and order processing.
  • To work collectively as a team; supporting each other and the rest of the business to give the customer the best experience possible.

Benefits:

  • Working hours are 08:30am-17:00, Monday-Friday.
