Our client, a fantastic company based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will interact daily with customers both internal and external to provide and process information in response to enquiries and requests about products and services.

This role is paying £26,000 to £28,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday.

This is an office based role, Mon to Fri 8.30 - 5.

Duties include

  • Liaising with engineers to assist them in completing PPM and small works
  • Monitoring and updating customer portal for call actions
  • Ensure all callouts are completed in accordance with the client KPI and our own SLA
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints quickly, updating customer portal and company CRM system
  • Provide accurate customer invoicing
  • Raising permits for engineer visits
  • Create after service quotations as required
  • Maintain accurate customer records on company CRM system

Skills/Experience

  • Experience of diary and geographical schedule management preferable
  • Proven record of building relationships with customer base
  • Clear, accurate and timely communication skills
  • Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • You must be able to multi-task and have excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible within job role and be able to approach all tasks confidently
