Customer Service Administrator

They are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to manage order entries for their strategic accounts. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with high-value customers who have a global footprint and specific ordering requirements. The CSA will collaborate closely with the local Strategic Customer Service Representative assigned to these accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and Quote Entry: Accurately process customer orders and quotes, ensuring all data is entered correctly into the system.
  • Customer Correspondence: Communicate with customers via email to address discrepancies and resolve order entry holds promptly.
  • Process Management: Familiarise yourself with the specific order processes for each strategic customer to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Data Handling: Work with spreadsheets and other data management tools to maintain accurate records.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in order processing, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Good GCSEs/A levels. Candidates from retail backgrounds looking to transition into office roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus, especially when performing repetitive tasks and working with data.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
