Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Cosmetics)

Location: Hybrid - South East of England
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs
Functional Group: EMEA Regulatory Affairs (R&D)

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will develop regulatory strategies across the EMEA region, providing input and guidance to product development teams within the Cosmetics franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regulatory colleagues to create global strategies and dossiers.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory submissions in line with requirements.
  • Track application statuses and provide updates to the regulatory team.
  • Maintain logs of communication with regulators and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate regulatory changes and implement compliance processes.
  • Monitor the regulatory environment and support trade associations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Expertise in cosmetics regulatory classifications.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory, medical, and quality requirements.
  • Proficiency in English.
