  • Coach and train managers on HR issues, providing business focused, risk balanced advice.
  • Provide qualified, consistent, well informed and practical end-to-end people focused solutions
  • Facilitate and manage employee relationships in line with policies, processes, legislation and best including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, probation, capability, Performance and Development, Occupational Health referrals, grievances, disciplinaries, restructures, TUPE and offboarding.
  • Drafting correspondence for employee relation cases.
  • Maintaining high professional standards in line with ACAS and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct
  • Maintaining staff files and liaising with other key departments where required
  • Contracting letters and amendments
  • Support and assist the Recruitment team during the peak season of high-volume recruitment where appropriate.
  • Continual review of policy and process changes affecting our existing practices

HRIS

  • Ensure data integrity and enhance processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage and resolving application issues
  • Effectively support implementation of HRIS company wide
  • Comply with Company policies & procedures.
