GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a passionate and qualified Teacher/Lecturer in Engineering to deliver T-Level Engineering courses. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of the T-Level programme, working with modern facilities and dedicated workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Inspire: Teach core elements of Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing qualifications, focusing on light and electric vehicles, in specialist classrooms equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
  • Deliver T-Level Curriculum: Support the development of the expanding T-Level provision, preparing students for future careers in Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • Supportive Learning Environment: Work closely with a committed team to deliver high-quality teaching that aligns with the school's broad and rich curriculum.
  • Innovative Teaching: Make use of cutting-edge resources and participate in CPD to stay at the forefront of industry changes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Educator: Must hold a teaching or lecturing qualification, ideally with experience in Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in light and electric vehicle systems is advantageous, though relevant CPD can be provided for those transitioning from industry.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a passion for Engineering education and be familiar with modern teaching practices.
