Are you a passionate Maths Graduate looking to start your career in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking dedicated individuals for a Teaching Assistant role in Spalding, starting in October 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in the classroom while supporting students in both a Teaching Assistant and tutoring capacity.

As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students in KS3 and KS4 with their Maths lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions to help students improve their mathematical skills.
  • Occasionally step in to take lessons, helping to build your teaching experience.
  • Assist the class teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring students are engaged and supported.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Maths degree or a strong background in Maths.
  • Passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners.
  • Confidence to work with students in a classroom setting and potentially lead lessons.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting students’ learning.
