Are you an English Graduate with a passion for education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a Spalding school as a Teaching Assistant, starting in October 2025. This role is perfect for graduates who are keen to support students while gaining valuable classroom experience.

As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Assist students in KS3 and KS4 with English lessons, offering targeted support where needed.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group tutoring to help students with their literacy skills.
  • Occasionally take the lead in delivering lessons, helping you develop your teaching skills.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A degree in English or a related subject.
  • Passion for working with young people and helping them succeed academically.
  • Confidence in taking on both Teaching Assistant and tutoring responsibilities.
  • Willingness to lead lessons and engage with students in a dynamic classroom environment.
