We are seeking a professional and highly organised PA to provide comprehensive office support to our client in Holt. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Support

  • Support the office team during hours (08:00–08:30), setting a welcoming and professional tone for colleagues and visitors alike.

Diary Management

  • Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Plan strategically to ensure optimal use of time, balancing short and long-term priorities.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary.

Hospitality

  • Create a welcoming environment for all visitors, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Organise refreshments for meetings and visitors, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of professionalism.

Correspondence

  • Manage emails, calls, and letters, handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Draft, proofread, and coordinate responses to ensure prompt and accurate communication.
  • Organise out-of-office messaging and answerphone updates.

Meetings & Events

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, minute-taking, and document preparation.
  • Organise and support various internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Act as lead administrator for key events, managing all logistical and administrative elements.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
