This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with manufacturing/engineering industry experience to join this rapidly growing business. With an exciting future this role offers a really strong potential to progress into a senior management position.
The Package -
- Basic salary up to £50,000
- Performance related bonus scheme
- Sociable working hours (Monday - Thursday 08:15 - 17:00 and Friday 08:15 - 13:00)

Manufacturing Project Manager Duties -
- Managing and leading a number of manufacturing projects, keeping costs to a minimum whilst maximising customer service.
- Developing MRP and Stock Management systems.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and developing project proposals.
- Leading cross-functional teams and working closely with all departments to deliver successful projects.
- Full project budget responsibility.
Manufacturing Project Manager Requirements-
- Strong experience within manufacturing/engineering with good knowledge of the commercial aspects of the industry.
- ERP/MRP system experience.
- Experience working within a ISO9001 environment.
- Experience within industry tools such as Lean principles, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement would be beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of the business.
- Fantastic communication and customer service skills.
