We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual to join this small and friendly organisation on an on-going temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, will thrive in a busy working environment and will be able to provide an exceptional level of telephone customer service. The Call Handler will be the first line of support to customers when they call in and will take an average 100 calls per day.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Call Handler main duties

  • To act as the first line of support to all clients
  • To provide support and guidance to clients within a timely manner and against set expectations
  • Ensure all calls are answered efficiently
  • Identify and be efficient in signposting clients to the company website
  • Flag and highlight priority calls
  • Take payments where possible
  • Answer queries confidently
  • Assist Customer Service Phone Team with admin duties
  • Ensure all client details are recorded correctly
  • Managing the office email inbox
  • Responding to online chat messages
  • Transfer calls and utilise phone system and equipment
