About the Job:As the Finance Director (EMEA), you will lead the Finance team, ensuring the delivery of key financial functions and supporting the organisation’s strategic goals. You will drive financial planning, reporting, and compliance while playing a crucial role in business transformation.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
- Leading long-term financial strategy and supporting business objectives
- Managing company finances, ensuring sufficient cashflow and preparing statutory returns
- Driving continuous business improvement through financial planning and analysis
- Providing financial leadership and coaching to the Finance team
- Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banking partners
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, governance, and regulatory standards
About the Successful Applicant:You will be an ACA/ACCA-qualified Finance Director or Senior Finance Manager with a proven track record in financial leadership and business transformation. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach are essential, along with strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
