Salary:30,000 - 32,000 per annum + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships within the cleaning industry.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to meet client needs.
- Provide expert advice on cleaning chemicals and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on account performance and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role in the cleaning industry.
- Strong background in cleaning chemicals is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Based in Stafford, ST16, with the flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement.
