- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays and your birthday off, increasing to 25 days after 1 year of service.
- Competitive salary up to £23,000pa DOE.
- Handling customer queries related to missing stock, faulty items, and delivery timescales.
- Updating stock levels on the warehouse system.
- Booking courier collections and deliveries.
- Obtaining quotes for deliveries and collections.
- Providing general back-office administration support.
- Liaising with external courier providers to calculate pricing.
- Previous experience in IT and customer service or administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
