- Managing a caseload of private client matters with supervision and support.
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, and powers of attorney.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and assisting with probate applications.

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure cases comply with legal standards and best practices.
About You:The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified solicitor with an interest in private client law. Strong interpersonal skills, a client-focused approach, and excellent attention to detail are essential for success in this role. You should demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy.About You:The ideal candidate will have experience as a Paralegal in private client law, with a particular interest or background in Court of Protection matters.
