The Role:
Our client, a well-established and growing automotive dealership group, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their expanding dealership near Horsham. As they continue to grow and invest in the future, this is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to take on a new challenge and make a real impact.
The ideal candidate must have franchised dealership experience as a Sales Manager (or equivalent) with a proven track record in the motor trade.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Manager:
Drive business growth by achieving sales targets across used & new vehicles, finance, insurance products, and accessories.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring targets are met and customer service excellence is upheld.
Monitor and enhance the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and an outstanding customer experience.
Manage stock effectively, ensuring an attractive and organised vehicle display.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, handling any issues professionally and efficiently.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Full UK driving licence required.
Package:
Basic salary of up to £50,000 + £20,000 uncapped OTE.

Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week - NO SUNDAYS!
