Job Title: Customer Experience & Sales Support
Location: Horsham (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer onboarding, contract renewals, and service queries.
- Identify new business opportunities and uplift leads from existing clients.
- Handle Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and quote for service jobs and contract renewals.
- Build strong client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide monthly reports and maintain client data.
- Ensure high standards in customer communication and account management.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); CRM experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver.
