Your responsibilities as a Parts Manager will include-
- Oversee the procurement, inventory, and management of plant parts and accessories
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely ordering of parts
- Develop and implement efficient parts management processes and systems
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Coordinate with the service and maintenance teams to ensure parts availability
- Monitor and control parts-related costs to meet budgetary goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to parts handling
- Provide excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor parts team members
Experience essential for this role as a Parts Manager -
- Experience working as a Parts Manager
- Budget experience preferable but not required
- Experience searching parts on database
- Stock control
- Friendly manner on phone
- Great communication skills and problem solving skills
