Scheduling Co-ordinator
Location: Horsham, office based
Are you super-organised, detail-oriented, and great at juggling tasks? We’re looking for a Scheduling Co-ordinator to join this small but busy team in Horsham town centre (parking available).
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and organise service visits, keeping the planner up-to-date.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing the customer service inbox and ensuring requests are handled efficiently.
- Process incoming purchase orders and internal requisitions, from setting up jobs to ordering parts.
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in customer service or office-based roles is a plus.
