About the Role:As a Service Desk Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients, ensuring smooth IT operations, and helping to drive their continued success.

?? What You’ll Do:

  • Handle Service Desk queries via phone, email, and callbacks.
  • Provide remote support using RMM systems and address alerts proactively.
  • Visit client sites across the South-East and London for hands-on support.
  • Log and manage tickets in AutoTask, keeping clients informed.
  • Monitor and maintain backup systems and assist with configurations.
  • Identify and share sales opportunities with the Account Management team.
  • Propose and implement service improvements to elevate client satisfaction.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Deliver projects, installations, and escalations while developing your skills.
