Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Hybrid Working + Career Progression + Training + High level Projects + Company benefits.
Location: Horsham (Commutable from: Crawley, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, East Grinstead, Horley, Dorking, Redhill).

This is a globally renowned manufacturer working on a wide range of projects. They possess a varied product range and a state of the art manufacturing facility. They are looking to bring on a Principal Mechanical Engineer due to recent growth.

On offer is this Principal Mechanical Engineer role where you will lead R&D Projects and mentor the more Junior Engineers in the team. You will also be expected to generate new concepts to help improve the product range.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer who is motivated by the challenge of becoming the technical expert within a design team and is looking for the opportunity to gain exposure to a specialist industry and the companies blue chip clients.

The Role:

Principal Mechanical Engineer.
Technical lead on ground breaking projects.
Generation of new concepts and development of existing products.
Hybrid working opportunities (dependant on project needs).

The Candidate:

Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer.
Proven experience in the generation of new concepts.
Understanding/experience of motion control/precision mechanism.
