Join our client SMTGBs dynamic team at Horsham as a Workshop Engineer and take your career to the next level! Our client has an opportunity for an experienced heavy plant engineer or fitter who is driven by engineering excellence and a commitment to sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance, and repair heavy Volvo construction equipment
- Identify mechanical problems using technical knowledge and computerized systems
- Work within a workshop environment
Requirements:
- Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Land Based Engineering or HGV Mechanics
- Mechanical experience working on heavy plant machinery
- Comprehensive understanding of hydraulics and electronics
- Ability to work without supervision to a high standard
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK without the requirement of sponsorship
