Are you passionate about driving performance and ensuring compliance in the public sector? Our client is seeking a dedicated Performance Officer to join their dynamic team on a Temp to Perm basis. If you are skilled in report writing, time management, and keen to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

?? Location: Hounslow, London?? Contract Type: Temp to Perm?? Hourly Rate: £16 - £18? Working Pattern: Full Time, Hybrid working

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Confirm Dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to manage departmental performance issues effectively.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring systems for all performance targets through process mapping.
  • Assist in developing performance strategies that promote continuous improvement within the division.
  • Manage non-compliance information through Paymech, including any financial penalties incurred.
  • Facilitate and attend Paymech meetings.
  • Compile and submit the Monthly Monitoring Report timely.
  • Support the production of Annual Service Reports, Quarterly Performance Reports, and Business Continuity Reports.
  • Effectively communicate performance-related issues to departmental staff through presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate the Internal Audit Plan to ensure timely audits are undertaken.
  • Engage in root cause analysis and support corrective action plans.
  • Maintain compliance with legal obligations operationally.
  • Compile Health and Safety Statistics and Exposure Hours.
  • Foster positive staff morale and assist in the introduction of new systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and facilitate discussions with various stakeholders.
