My client is seeking an experienced Cargo Reservations Clerk based near Heathrow Airport.

My clients seeking an experienced Cargo reservations clerk, based near Heathrow Airport. The company are expanding ; this is a great opportunity to work within cargo reservation and operations.

Daily duties will include:

Quotations
Following up on quotations
Booking aircraft space for clients and to provide the best price and transit time
Ensure that all airline requirements are handled correctly in accordance with client requirements
Processing of freight documentation with all customer airline operational procedures
Handling queries
Spot pricing
Analysing market trends
Liaising with Freight Forwarders, Airlines, GHA and Trucking companies
Skills required:
Previous experience within a similar role Cargo /Airline / Freight
PC literate
Good admin skills
Import/ export knowledge
Good customer service skills

Successful candidates will have a full 5 year employment check carried out to CAA standards, a criminal record check and all right to work documents must be supplied and up to date.
