Job Description:-

Customer Services (Telephone and E-Mail)
Keeping clients up to date with their shipment status including; flight and customs delays and proof of deliveries
Keep clients updated on services company can offer
Develop and maintain client relationships
Sending pre-alerts to overseas offices
Provide quotes to customers
Monitor all shipments.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
