Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office/ 3 days working from home

The world's second largest wine and spirits distributor is seeking a talented Team Assistant to join their friendly office. A fabulous working environment with the opportunity to grow and develop in the role, you will be working closely with the board directors providing all-around administrative and secretarial support.

Team Assistant/Administrator duties:

  • Manage the Directors' diaries and travel arrangements nationally and internationally
  • Update PowerPoint presentations and Communication supports (emails, announcements) as needed, including various IT Organisation Charts
  • Update databases, excel spreadsheet and ensuring everything is up to date
  • Arrange IT/team meetings and team events
  • Management of MIS customer services maintenance contracts and maintain the company excel tracker for operating and capital expenditure
  • Process all invoices making sure all are coded and approved for payment.
  • Compile expenses.

What we are looking for in a successful Team Administrator:

  • At least 2 years + of administration experience
  • A self-starter with a can do attitude and creative approach to problem solving
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise a fluctuating workload
  • Intermediate Excel/PowerPoint
